Bi-Amp connection

When using this connection, set “Speakers” – “Amplifier Mode” in the settings menu to “Bi-Amp”. link

NOTE

When making bi-amp connections, be sure to remove the short-circuiting plate or wire between the speaker’s woofer and tweeter terminals.

In this connection, all four-channel amplifiers are used to drive a single pair of speakers, with the high and low frequencies each driven by independent amplifiers. This achieves excellent channel separation, enables you to enjoy a clearer, more transparent sound. To use this option, you will need a pair of bi-amp compatible speakers equipped with separate tweeter and woofer terminals.
