Connecting a pre-amplifier (Power amplifier mode)

You can use the unit as a power amplifier by connecting a preamplifier.

Connect the pre-amplifier outputs to the LINE IN inputs.

In Power Amplifier Mode, the audio signal input to LINE IN ZONE 1 is output only from SPEAKER ZONE 1. The same is true for ZONE 2, ZONE 3 and ZONE 4.

Switch to Power Amplifier Mode to use the unit as a power amplifier. link
