Playback in source direct mode

The signal does not pass through the tone and balance adjustment circuitry (BASS, TREBLE and BALANCE), resulting in playback of a higher sound quality.

Source direct mode is set to on by default.

Press TONE/BALANCE to turn on source direct mode.

The “TONE/BALANCE” indicator on the display turns off.
